Backorders: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. We make every effort to have all items in stock. However, in the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail if the item will be delayed longer than 14 days. It is absolutely imperative that you provide us with a current, accurate, working e-mail address if you wish to be informed of your order status. In the event that we do not receive a reply from you, your order will be held until the backordered item is back in stock. If you choose to have your order shipped as a "split shipment"; additional shipping fees may apply. To minimize backorder situations, please provide an alternate flavor choice when ordering products with different flavors. This can be done in the "Comments" section of your shopping cart.
Address Correction Fees:
We request that you provide an accurate "Ship To" address (Including apartment numbers where applicable). All orders are downloaded directly from our website to our in-house computer system. All information regarding your order is typed in by you. When we receive incorrect information from you, or you instruct the shipping company to deliver your package to a different address, we will pass their fees to do so onto you by charging your account at a later date. This fee is a minimum of $10.00.
Returns & Guarantees: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event you wish to return an item, un-opened products may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange (less shipping charge) within 30 days of invoice date.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept any returns for opened merchandise, regardless of the circumstances.

In the event that customs does not admit an order into your country, and it is returned to us, we will process a return for intact merchandise but not the shipping charges. If the Package is not returned to us, NO refund will be issued.
